Return & Refund Policy

Pcduniya.com is owned and operated by Vidya Infotech Sales & Services. We aim to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect (as applicable)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, accessories, and invoice
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video proof.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Software licenses, activation keys, or digital products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or electrical issues

  • Refurbished products sold under “No Return / Replacement Only” category (if mentioned on product page)

  • Clearance or special discounted items

  • Products without original packaging or serial numbers


3. Refurbished Products

  • Refurbished laptops/desktops are tested and quality-checked before dispatch

  • Replacement may be provided in case of functional issues, subject to inspection

  • Minor scratches or cosmetic marks are not considered defects


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@pcduniya.com or contact customer support

  2. Share order ID, invoice, and images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and approve the return request

  4. Pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared after approval

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued for:
      1)  Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
      2)  Performance not meeting expectations due to unrealistic comparisons with new devices.
      3) Software issues that can be resolved remotely or by reinstallation.
      4) Minor cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or wear typical of used products.
      5) Battery backup variations within acceptable limits (Approx. 2 hours).

  • Refunds are offered only if neither repair nor replacement is feasible — and that too after deducting applicable charges like shipping, testing, and payment gateway charges (minimum 10% deduction).

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after approval.


6. COD Orders & Advance Payment

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 5% advance payment is non-refundable

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Customized or assembled PCs cannot be cancelled after order confirmation


8. Warranty vs Return

  • Warranty claims should be raised directly with the manufacturer or as per warranty terms

  • Warranty does not qualify as a return or refund


9. Shipping & Inspection

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error

  • Any damage during return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility


10. Policy Updates

PCDuniya.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page.
